The name of the third house is Nant y Ffynnon  (The brook/stream of the well) - the renovation of this house was sponsored by Welsh Water the chairman of which was John Elved Jones who was quite famous at that time.
The verse sung at the end is the first verse of a famous poem by Ceiriog (John Ceiriog Hughes) and is a favourite of all Welsh Male Voice Choirs.

Nant y Mynydd      Mountain stream

Nant y mynydd groyw loyw         Mountain stream clear and bright
Yn ymdroelli tua'r pant,              Meandering towards the dell,
Rhwng y brwyn yn sisial ganu    Between the reeds singing softly  (in a whisper)
O na bawn i fel y nant.                O were I a mountain stream

Of course The Two Franks use the name of the house to begin the song so their first line is:
                               Nant y Ffynnon groyw loyw
